MyFedAccess^TM Proposal/
Quotation and Other Media Preparation Services:

The main focus of MyFedAccess^TM will always be on getting a foot in the door and past the "gatekeepers" to present your capabilities and build working relationships with FedGov decision-makers. However, if you need assistance preparing a response to a Request for Proposal/Quotation, those services may be retained separately at a rate of $125.00 per hour* (four-hour minimum) for writing, editing, and reviewing your responses. In addition to providing you with proposal writing assistance, we can also be retained to compose multi-media content for web sites, letters of introduction, promotional brochures, and company newsletters.

You must plan and reserve time for these services at least one week in advance. Upon receipt of your material the turnaround time will be within 24 hours. Similar to the marketing services, the writing/review of proposals and other media is designed to augment your in-house preparation efforts. Teaching procurement and project/program personnel how to write a Scope of Work (SOW) and how to evaluate responses to the same, were included as part of the tasks that we performed in Case Study No. 2.
