NOTE: Due to limited access to the Department of Defense (DoD) installations (i.e., military bases)
and the procurement personnel assigned to work thereon, MyFedAccessTM cannot include DoD in the

After a decision is made in regard to which FedGov agency or agencies to include on the MAP, an electronic
message (e-mail) will be sent to you from MyFedAccessTM with a copy of the Agreement attached.
Print, initial, sign, and date the Agreement in the appropriate areas, make a copy for your personal records, and
fax the attested copy back to MyFedAccessTM. (DEDICATED Fax Line: 202.540.9059) The MyFedAccessTM Marketing Agreement Constitutes the Marketing Approach Plan (MAP)
Upon receipt and approval of the attested Agreement you will receive an invoice from MyFedAccessTM
for payment of the Activation Fee.
For your convenience the MyFedAccessTM Internet-based

Or, if you are already a PayPal member, you may make payments using your existing PayPal Account. And

The Primary Contact person within your organization for MyFedAccessTM (owner or designee); Copies of your promotional materials: business cards, capability statements, fliers, brochures, etc. (if available); A sample copy of a Proposal/Quotation that is representative of your typical response to a Request for Proposal/Quotation (if available); and The name and contact information for your Business Opportunity/Development Specialist at the U.S. Small Business Administration (for Certified Small Businesses Only).
Now that you have reviewed our Web site and decided that you want to retain MyFedAccessTM, we will
need to know which Results-Oriented Marketing Package best fits your Business Development Plans, and which
FedGov agencies you want included in the resultant Marketing Agreement ("Agreement"). The number of agencies included
may be one to six, depending on the FedGov Marketing Package you choose. The Agreement shall constitute the
Marketing Approach Plan (MAP) that we use to navigate our way to decision-makers within the FedGov agencies that
you wish to have as clients. Opportunities that arise at FedGov agencies that are NOT included on the original MAP may be
explored on a case-by-case basis while the Agreement is in force.

successive payment(s). You will not be required to pay any outstanding successive payment until MyFedAccessTM
